Charlotte Griffin has been a member of the Berlin Patten Ebling family since 2015. A Florida native, Charlotte followed her heart to Hawaii following her formal education, where she made her first forays into law and real estate. Feeling the draw of home, Charlotte returned to Florida, where she continued to work in the legal field. Charlotte’s infectious personality and affinity for Berlin Patten Ebling clients and staff resulted in a natural transition to her role of Business Development Coordinator.
Charlotte has been very active in several Realtor Association events and networking opportunities. In addition, she has served on several RASM committee boards, including the Professional Development Committee, Member Engagement Committee, CREA Social Committee, and the RASM Business Partner Committee. She has also been a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Sarasota and Manatee, receiving the Rising Star Award in 2017. Her contribution to these organizations helped raise money for many local charities, including Mothers Helping Mothers, Feeding Empty Little Tummies, Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota/Manatee, Humane Society of Sarasota/Manatee, and Hope Family Services, Inc., to name a few.
Charlotte is also active as a member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance (and received the LWRBA Sandies Award in 2017), the Manatee Sarasota Builders Association (MSBIA), and the Manatee Sarasota Builders Sales & Marketing Committee (MSBIA).
In 2019, Charlotte was nominated for the SRQ Women In Business Leadership Competition, celebrating women’s leadership, business, acumen, passion, and philanthropic voice in Sarasota and the Bradenton Area.
