Tara Birchfield has owned Home Solution Title with her husband Randy Birchfield since 2019. They have been married for over 12 years and have a blended family of five adult children. Randy was born and raised in Polk County and they recently relocated to the Pinellas County area to be closer to family and build their life. With a combined 35 years of insurance experience, they have both extensive knowledge of the industry as a whole.
Tara is a licensed title and general lines agent. She earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Kennesaw State University outside of Atlanta, where she grew up. Randy was formerly the CEO of a publicly-traded commercial insurance company based out of Indianapolis. He has served a variety of senior leadership roles at organizations such as Allstate and Progressive. He is a class of 1986 graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has two Master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma and Harvard Business School. He also served as a Captain in the United States Army.
