We specialize in delivering a high level of service to our clients allowing them the flexibility to be high-producing agents by minimizing their administrative burdens. Our staff is comprised of licensed transaction coordinators with over 25 years of combined real estate training and experience. We utilize our extensive training, experience, and knowledge to process all your transactions in the proper time frames without costly delays. This allows you to spend more of your time working with clients and closing deals.
All of our transaction coordinators are proficient with nearly every e-sign software and of course the MLS. We adapt to the way you work. We’ll interface with whatever you’re already using.
Not only are we licensed but our staff is bi-lingual. We have English, Spanish, German, and Greek-speaking TC’s allowing us to communicate across a very broad spectrum of customers.
